Wage: $15.50 per hour
Schedule is negotiable between Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Variable hours up to 25 hours per week
Start & end dates are negotiable
Positions anticipated to be filled approximately September through mid-December season*

Job summary:
Position supports leaf removal program. Under immediate supervision, participates in removal of leaves
for curbside pickup. Cleans equipment, building and grounds. Operates light motorized equipment as
necessary. On occasion, may perform a variety of unskilled manual labor tasks and general street
maintenance. Conducts self in a manner which promotes and supports diversity and inclusivity in the
workplace and community. Performs other related duties as required.
Minimum qualifications:
Requires the ability to follow oral and written instructions, manual dexterity and the ability to perform
heavy outside work. Valid Iowa Class B commercial driver's license with airbrakes endorsement with
satisfactory driving record required at time of hire. Must maintain a valid CDL as a condition for
continued employment. This position is subject to federal drug testing requirements including screening
through the FMCSA Clearinghouse. A pre-employment drug screen is required. Must be 18 years of age.
