will be held by the Iowa City Board of Adjustment at 5:15 p.m. on the 8th day of October 2025, in Emma Harvat Hall, City Hall,
410 E. Washington Street, Iowa City, Iowa, or if said meeting is cancelled, at the next meeting of the Iowa City Board of Adjustment
thereafter posted at which meeting the Board will consider: An application requesting a special exception to allow a drive-through in a Community Commercial (CC-2) zone for the property located at 1910 Lower Muscatine Road. (EXC25-0006) An appeal submitted by Prestige Properties to overturn a decision of the
Building Official to approve a minor modification (MOD25-0005) to decrease the minimum required parking by 50% from
8 to 4 spaces for a proposed eating establishment for the property at 305 N. Gilbert Street. (APL25-0001)
Persons interested in expressing their views concerning said applications, either verbally or in writing, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place.
