Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did
sexually abuse ___ by performing a sex act against her/his will or by force, whether or not the other person is the person's spouse or
cohabitating with the person
NARRATIVE
On the above date the victim went to Paradise Spa for a massage. The def was identified as the subject performing the massage. On three occasions during
the massage the def took the victims arm and moved it to her side so that her hand was touching his genital area over his pants. She could feel that he had an
erection, and he was thrusting his groin into her hand as she tried to pull it away. Def then got on the massage table, straddled her leg and forced her legs open
as he manipulated her underwear and forced his hands onto her vaginal area. Def admitted to performing the massage, getting on the table and manipulating
her underwear but denied the sex act.
