Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did
commit robbery in the second degree against Victim, with the intent to commit a theft, commit one or more of the following acts to assist or
further the commission of the intended theft or the person's escape from the scene thereof with or without the stolen property: 1.
Commit an assault upon another. 2. Threaten another with or purposely put another in fear of immediate serious injury. 3.
Threaten to commit immediately any forcible felony
NARRATIVE
On November 23rd, 2025 at approximately 2155 hours, the Caseys at 204 N Dubuque St. was robbed and approximately 80 dollars was taken from the register.
The defendant demanded the money from the register, told the cashier he was going to "pop him", and then said he was going to shoot the cashier if he didn't
give him the money. The defendant had his hand in his pocket and there was a bulge protruding from the pocket. The defendant was caught on Casey's
surveillance footage and multiple individuals in the community identified the suspect from the Casey's surveillance footage as the defendant based on facial
features. A search warrant was done on the defendant's residence, which was in close proximity to the Caseys, and shoes matching the description of the
shoes the suspect was wearing in the surveillance footage were seized from the premises.
