Executive Summary:
As directed by Title 9, Chapter 1, Section 3B of the City Code, this is to advise the City
Council of the following action:
Pursuant to Section 9-1-3A (10); Establish a "No Parking Here to Corner" parking prohibition
on the west side of Westgate Street, approximately 60 feet north of the intersection with
Calvin Avenue.
Background / Analysis:
This action is being taken to improve visibility at the intersection for drivers turning onto
Westgate Street from Calvin Avenue.

Installation of a "Stop" sign on High Street at the intersection with Morningside Drive

This action is being taken to address neighborhood concerns regarding a lack of vehicles
yielding and poor visibility at this intersection.
