Note: This is a closed session meeting of the City Council. The public will have access
only to the motion to adjourn to executive session at the beginning of the meeting and
the motion to adjourn the special formal meeting at the end of the meeting.

2. Purchase or Sale of Real Estate
Motion to adjourn to executive session to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real
estate where premature disclosure could be reasonably expected to increase the price
the governmental body would have to pay for that property or reduce the price the
governmental body would receive for that property. The minutes and the tape recording
of a session closed under this paragraph (Real Estate) shall be available for public
examination when the transaction discussed is completed.
