All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provi- sio,ns of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SFCTION Vl. SF'VFRABILITY. If any section, provision or part of the Ordinance shall be ad- judged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such ad- judication shall not affect the validity of the Ordi- nance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
