Subject: case
Heather,
It is Sunday afternoon and I've just gotten your message. I've been out of
town for a race this weekend. I apologize for missing the deadline, but I was
not aware of there being a case to read. You didn't mention anything at the
meeting on Wed. I would also like this email to serve as my notification of
resignation from the commission. With school starting soon, working 20 hours
in a firm, being the graduate and professional student body executive, the
co-captain of the UI Triathlon Team and my intense training schedule, I do not
feel that I have the time to give to the commission as it is now heading down
a new path of educational programming. I've enjoyed my time and work with
the group.
Sincerely,
Nick Klenske

Re: Resignation fi.om committee
8/6/03
I am tendering my resignation fi.om the PAAC effective 8/7/03. While I have enjoyed
being a member of the committee, my husband and I have become involved in starting up
the Creekside Neighborhood Association and I feel that my commitment toward this
effort would detract from serving further.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the various projeets we have been involved with including the
Literary Walk, the Neighborhood Art Program, Anna Ullerich's downtown mural, and
the soon to be unveiled Irving Weber statue.
Thank you for allowing me the experience.
Sincerely,
Betsy Klein
