FEBRUARY IS BLACK HISTORY MONTH Three programs commemorating Black History Month will be presented at the Iowa City/Johnson County Senior Center. The programs are sponsored by the City of Iowa City, the Iowa City Human Rights Commission, the Iowa Humanities Board, and the Iowa City/Johnson County Senior Center.
