Five of the members support Councilor Vanderhoef's proposal to open up the applicant pool. If the Council chooses to follow Councilor Vanderhoef's proposal, the announcement of vacancy should read as follows (1) Design Review Committee - One vacancy to fill an unexpired term ending July I, 1998 for either a licensed architect. or a business or property owner from the area subject to the Design Review Overlay Zone Ordinance.
