NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will
be held by the City Council of Iowa City, Iowa,
at 7:00 p.m. on the eighteenth day of May,
2004, in Emma J. Harvat Hall, 410 E.
Washington Street, Iowa City, Iowa, or if said
meeting is cancelled, at the next meeting of the
City Council thereafter as posted by the City
Clerk; at which hearing the Council will consider: C¿~
1. An ordinance rezoning approximately 35.05
acres of property from Research ill
Development Park Zone, RDP, to Office
Commercial Zone, CO-1, subject to ¡;/r
conditions, for property along the eastern
portion of Northgate Drive in Northgate
Corporate Park. .-

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will
be held by the City Council of Iowa City, Iowa,
at 7:00 p.m. on the sixth day of July, 2004, in
Emma J. Harvat Hall, 410 E. Washington Street,
Iowa City, Iowa, or if said meeting is cancelled,
at the next meeting of the City Council
thereafter as posted by the City Clerk; at which
hearing the Council will consider:
1. An ordinance approving an amended
Planned Development Housing Plan (OPDH-
5) for Village Green Part XX.
2. An ordinance vacating 3,400 square feet of
alley right-of-way east of 2,d Avenue, south
of A Street.

AND ESTIMATED COST FOR INSTALLING A NEW LIGHTING SYSTEM ON MERCER
PARK BASEBALL DIAMOND #1 IN THE CITY OF lOW A CITY, IOWA

INTERESTED PERSONS:
Public notice is hereby given that the City Councii of the City ofIowa City, Iowa, will conduct a
public hearing on plans, specifications, fonn of contract and estimated cost for installin~ a new
lighting system on Mercer Park Baseball Diamond #1 in said City at 7:00 p.m. on the 6' day of
July, 2004, said meeting to be held in the Emma J. Harvat Hall in City Hall in said City, or if
said meeting is cancelled, at the next meeting of the City Council thereafter as posted by the City
Clerk.
Said plans, specifications, fonn of contract and estimated cost are now on file in the office of the
City Clerk in City Hall in Iowa City, Iowa, and may be inspected by any interested persons.
Any interested persons may appear at said meeting of the City Council for the purpose of making
objections to and comments concerning said plans, specifications, contract or the cost of making
said improvement.
This notice is given by order of the City Council of the City ofIowa City, Iowa, and as provided
bylaw.
