FIVE YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT WITH OPTIONS TO RENEW
BETWEEN THE CITY OF IOWA CITY AND BRADFORD CHILD CARE
SERVICES, INC. FOR OPERATION ON AN APPLE TREE CHILDREN'S
CENTER IN THE COURT STREET TRANSPORTATION CENTER, AND
SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR JULY 14, 2004.
Comment: This resolution sets a public hearing for July 14, 2004 at 11:30
a.m. regarding the City of Iowa City's intent to enter into a five year lease
agreement with options to renew between the City of Iowa City and
Bradford Child Care Services, Inc. for operation of an Apple Tree
Children's Center in the Court Street Transportation Center.
