ITEM NO.4 CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY
1.34 ACRES FROM COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL (CC-2) ZONE
TO HIGH DENSITY MUL TIFAMIL Y RESIDENTIAL (RM-44)
ZONE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 520-522 S. GILBERT
STREET. (REZ04-00012) (SECOND CONSIDERATION)
Lehman/ This is second consideration and we've been asked to expedite this,
O'Donnell/ I move that the rule requiring that ordinance must be considered and
voted on for passage at two Council meetings prior to the meeting at
which is it finally passed be suspended, that the second consideration be
waived, and that the ordinance be voted on for final passage at this time.
Vanderhoef/ Second.
Lehman/ Moved by O'Donnell, seconded by Vanderhoef to expedite. Discussion,
It will take all six of the folks here present to expedite anything and
obviously anything that is expedited here wouldn't then appear on our 31 5t
agenda. (roll call) Motion carried.
Vanderhoef/ I move that the ordinance be finally adopted at this time.
O'Donnell/ Second.
Lehman/ Moved by Vanderhoef, seconded by O'Donnell. Discussion. (roll call)
Motion carries, 4/2, Bailey and Wilburn voting in the negative.

"BICYCLES," SECTION 6, ENTITLED "PARKING
VIOLATIONS," SUBSECTION B, ENTITLED "OWNER PRIMA
FACIE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS" TO
ALLOW THE CITY TO DONATE ABANDONED BICYCLES TO
NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. (SECOND CONSIDERATION)
