Success Knows No Lill11tations!", and Whereas, the citizens of Iowa qty recognize the vital role that persons with disabilities must play in our 21 S century work force, and Whereas, the people of Iowa City must work t0gether to ensure that the talents and skills of all its citizens are fully utilize in meeting the current and future labor needs of our region; Now, therefore6I, Ernest W.
