CITY COUNCIL CITIZENSHIP RECOGNITION, TUESDAY, MAY 9
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 7:30 PM
1. (grant Schulte ~rade-6
Grant has been a Safety Patrol member leader. He goes above and
beycnd his responsibilities as a patrol member and citizen always caring for
others and demonstrating courtesy toward children and adults. He helps
others without being asked and always lends a hand to others.
2. S~rah Maktabi Grade 5
Sarah worked tirelessly for Weber Elementary as a student courtall
representative. She was a major organizer for our food drive and worked on
the ~roposal to the legislature recommending the crinoid fossil as the official
sta~ fossil. Sarah volunteered at the homeless shelter serving food.
3. Adam Kinney Grade 6
Adam Kinney h~s been a faithful helper all year for another student
who has special needs. He has helped the student get on and off the bus. In
the four years that one of his teachers has known Adam, she has NEVER
heard him say or do anything mean to another child. He is always a pleasant
and cooperative student who can work well with anyone.
4. Joanna Malott Grade 6
Joanna is a very hard worker who consistently goes above and beyond
what is expected for class projects. She is very helpful and friendly towards
other studento. Her positive attitude towards school and contributions as a
re~onsible member of the Weber S-afety Patrol are greatly appreciated by the
Weber community.
