Facilitator Tim Shields laid the groundwork for pertinent issues relating to housing policies.
PCD Director Franklin and Housing Director Boothroy presented information and responded to
questions.

The Councfi agreed to study the F~h- Share concept, (i.e., geographical
distribution of low to moderate income housing).
3. The Council agreed to review the criteria guidelines for density.
