HomeMy WebLinkAbout1998-10-29 Public hearingNOTICE OF PUBLIC DISCUSSIONS Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Iowa City will hold public discussions on both the 29th day of October, 1998, at 7:00 p.m. and the 3rd day of November, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. regarding the proposed ballot language for the local sales tax and the City Council's policy statement concerning the local sales tax. Both hearings will be held in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 410 E. Washington Street, Iowa City, Iowa. Persons interested in expressing their views concerning this matter, either verbally or in writing, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place. MARlAN K.
