ORDINANCE AMENDING CTIY CODE TITLE 2, ENTITLED "HUMAN RIGHTS," CHAPTER 3, EN- TITLED "DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES," SECTION 2-3-2, ENTITLED "PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION; EXCEPTIONS:". '\,..
