ORDINANCE AMENDING CTIY CODE TITLE 2,
ENTITLED "HUMAN RIGHTS," CHAPTER 3, EN-
TITLED "DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES," SECTION
2-3-2, ENTITLED "PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION;
EXCEPTIONS:".
'\,.. WHEREAS, the Iowa City Human Rights Ordinance
includes age as a protected category in the area of

follows:
1. Title 2, Chapter 3, 2-3-2 is hereby
amended by deleting Sectior ~d substituting in lieu
thereof the following:
