Comment: At its August 18 meeting, by a vote of 4-1, (Shannon voting

Commission recommended approval of the proposed Zoning Code.

Staff recommended approval in a report dated August 18, 2005. This
recommendation is based on the proposal to eliminate the RFBH zone
from the zoning code. The proposed OPDH-12 zone will allow existing
manufactured housing parks to remain as currently developed.
