I have reviewed the Plans for the proposed building, 'The Windsor Tri-level' for Arlington
Development (Lot~l~Windsor Ridge). This review is for the building enclosure requirements
only. The plan is within compliance of the 1992 Model Energy Code. The plans, as reviewed,
will need the following additions to comply with the building enclosure requirements of the
1992 Model Energy Code.
l. The windows/doors shall have a minimum R-value of 2.50.
2. Insulate attic to a minimum orR-38.
3. Exterior box sill insulation shall consist of a minimum orR-19 fiberglass.
4. Insulate cantilevered floor to a minimum of R-38.
5. Insulate exterior walls with R~19 batts.
