1, DouS t3oothrov, who, having b,,en duly sworn upon my oath, hereby depose and state
as follows:
1. 1 am a resident of Iowa City', Iowa, and am the Director of the City of Iowa City
Building and Inspections Department.
2. l am familiar with and have reviewed the Final Plat and Subdivider's Agreement
for Windsor Ridge-Part Nme, Iowa City, lowa.
3. Section 13(C) of the Subdivider's Agreement provides that, "Lot 163 shall not
have direct vehicular access onto Huntington Drive." This reference is a scrivener's error. The
correct reference should have provided that, "Lot 163 shall not have direct vehicular access onto
Barrmgton Road."
4. The purpose of this Affidavit is to correct the above-referenced scrivener's error
and to provide written record of the City of Iowa City approval for vehicular access to Lot 163,
Windsor Ridge-Part Nine, Iowa City, Iowa, from Huntington Drive. No vehicular access to
Lot 163, Windsor Ridge-Part Nine, Iowa City, Iowa, shall be allowed onto Barrington Road.
