PRIMARY MONUMENT SIGN: ENTRY The Primary Development Monument is intended to act as a beacon ~ is for Towncrest These unique elements identify the area as Town- crest at the intersections of Muscatine Avenue and Wade Street, William Street and Arthur Street.
