Pace of Development • The projected increase in undergraduate enrollment through Fall 2021 is 1,239 students — approximately 137 additional students per year. • Student housing projects currently under construction: 92 dwelling units; 252 bedrooms (210 bedrooms in the Central Business Zones where maximum unrelated is already 3 persons per unit).
