Officer caught up with her and
grabbed her arm. She quit rumung
and was handcuffed.
32 5-02 98803974 OW1, Interference with While conducting an investigation the
Official Acts subject attempted to walk away. The
officer grabbed his arm and he resisted
by pulling away. His arm was pulled
behind his back and handcuffed.
9, 40, 42 5-03 98804020 Fight in progress Subject was placed under an'est but
refused to be handcuffed. He resisted
officers and was taken to the ground.
The subject continued to resist and a
pressure point control technique was
used to get him to comply. He was
then taken to the squad car. He
refused to get in and resisted officers.
He was then sprayed with OC and
placed in the back seat of the car.
49 5-05 98804112 Domestic Assault During the investigation the subject
walked away from the officer. He
refused to stop. The officer grabbed
his arm. The subject attempted to pull
away and resisted the officers attempts
to stop and calm him. He was taken to
the ground and handcuffed.
28, 50 5-05 98804117 Public Intoxication Subject started to nm away from the
officer after he was told he was under
arrest. The officer grabbed his arm
and took him to the ground. The
subject was then handcuffed.
26 5-06 98804123 Sick animal Officer shot a sick raccoon with a .22
cal. rifle.
92 5-12 98804381 Injured animal An injured deer was shot by an officer
with his sidearm.

16 5-14 98804418 Public Intoxication While helping emergency medical
personnel, the subject was harassing
other people. He was told to leave the
area several times. He refused and was
placed under arrest. He resisted and
an arm bar was used to control him
while the handcuffs were placed on
him.
46 5-15 98804501 Armed person Officer was investigating an incident
where people were threatened by a
person with a shotgun. The suspect
was located and the off%er drew his
sidearm until he was sure he did not
have a weapon.
35, 40, 47 5-16 98804505 Stolen vehicle Officers stopped a stolen car and
removed the occupants. The officers'
sidearm were unholstered until
everyone was out of the car.
43 5-15 98804506 Public Intoxication Subject was drunk and causing a
disturbance. When he was placed
under arrest he resisted being
handcuffed. Officer pul/ed the
subject's hands behind him and he was
handcuffed.
41 5-17 98804552 OWl Subject ran from his car after the
officer stopped him. The officer
caught him and directed trim to the
ground. He was handcuffed.
14 5-18 98804579 Disturbance Officers were investigating a
disturba_nce~ The subject was seen
leaving the area with a 4 foot long
metal pipe. The officer approached
him and asked him twice tO put it
down. He refused. Officer drew his
sidearm and ordered him to put it
down. He did and was arrested for
public intoxication.

subjects with a long gun. Officer
checked the area on foot with his

Investigator's attempt to stop him.

Deputies, who were trying to placg a
subject in a padded cell. Officer held
the subject's arms behind his back.
14 5-24 98804797 Driving Under During the investigation, the subject
Suspension attempted to leave. OffiCer grabbed
his arm and spun him around, so he
could be handcuffed.
36 5-25 98804810 Injured animal An injured auimal was shot onee with
the officer's sidearm.
93 5-26 98804836 Injured deer An injured deer was shot with the
officer's sidearm.
93 5-26 98804845 Assist Youth Homes Employees of Youth Homes were
wrestling with two violent juveniles.
Officer grabbed the leg of one of the
girds and she quit fighting.
13~ 35, 40, 48 5-29 98804928 Disorderly House Subject interfered with officers wh/le
they were investigation a loud party.
He was placed under arrest and refused
to be handcuffed. Officers pulled his
arms behind his back and handcuffed
him. A female was told she was under
arrest for the party. She attempted to
mn into the house. An officer grabbed
her and she kneed him in the groin.
Officers grabbed her and pulled her
arms behind her back. She was
handcuffed
97 5-29 98804933 Disorderly conduct Subject fled on foot when he was told
Public Intoxication he was under arrest. He tripped and
fell and the officer held him down. He
was handcuffed.
49 5-31 98805027 Assault Subject was a suspect in an assault. He
refused to leave the area near the
victim, Officer requested him to move
away. When he refused office placed
his hand on his chest and pushed him
