control at the Youth Shelter. To
contrul the juvenile she was taken to
the ground and handcuffed.
6 08-03 98807157 Injured Deer Officer shot an injured deer once with
a shotgun.
3, 11, 28 084)3 98807186 Armed Subject Ofl'lCerS stopped a vehicle whose
occupants reportedly displayed a gun.
Officers executed a felony traffic stop
with their sidearm drawn~
15, 19 084)4 98807233 Committal Subject attempted to mn from officers
when they served committal papers.
Officer grabbed his arm and placed
him against a building and then took
him to the ground. He was then
handcuffed.
43 084)5 98807242 Public Intoxication Subject charged at employees of a
downtown business, so the officer
restrained him against a wall. He
calmed down and was released. He
became enraged and was placed
against the wall and handcuffed.
17, 24,32 084)5 98807245 . Car Burglary Two subjects caught in the act of
breaking into cars were ~qken to the
ground and handctffi'ed. Both subjects
attempted to nm from officers.
48 084)7 98807309 Public Intoxication Officer ordered the subject to stop his
bike. When he didn't the officer
grabbed him and pulled him offof the
bike.
28, 46 08-07 98807341 Domestic Assault Subject had a history of fighting with
officers and refused to obey orders
when placed under arrest. Officer
sprayed him with OC. He was then
handcuffed.

28 08-08 98807344 Missing Juvenile Juvenile refused to go back to the
Youth Shelter. The Officer grabbed
her arm and escorted to the car.
During this time the juvenile kicked
the officer twice.
17, 24, 32, 47 08-08 98807356 Man with a Gun Subject threatened citizens with what
was believed to be a gun. Felony
traffic was made and the officers drew
their sidearm.
24, 47 08-08 98807374 Public Intoxication Subject resisted officers after being
placed under arrest. He twisted and
pulled his arms away. Officers
grabbed his arms and pulled them
behind his back. He was handcuffed.
17 08-10 98807409 Burglmy Subject was caught in the act of
breaking into cars. When the officer
approached the subject started to mn
away, The officer caught him and took
him to the ground, where he was
handcuffed.
13 08-12 98807498 Assault Officer saw the subject assaulting
another person. The officer grabbed
him and restrained him on the ground
until the subject calmed down. The
subject was escorted to the station.
11, 16 08-14 98807561 Interference With Subject took off rurming. The officer
Official Acts Causing caught him and dining the struggle to
Injury handcuff him the officer was injured.

being placed under arrest. Officer
used a pressure point control technique
to get her in the car.
98807863 Public Intoxication Subject refused to get into a car after
being placed under arrest. Officer
tried a pressure point control teelmique
to get him in the car. When this didn't
work he was ~aken to the ground and
then placed in the car.

38, 43 08-22 98807878 Assault, Public Subject pulled away from officers and
Intoxication resisted arrest. He was taken to the
ground where he continued to resist.
Subject was exposed to OC and can'ied
out of the bar.
17, 26, 48, 85 08-23 98807931 Fight in progress Subject fought with officers and
refused to obey their commands to stay
on the ground. He was exposed to OC
and then handcuffed~
54 08-23 98807934 Fight in progress Subject was seen muning from the
involving knives scene ora fight. He failed to stop
when ordered. The officer took him to
the ground and handcuffed him.
34, 94 08-23 98807950 Medical Assist Juvenile was threatening suicide when
officers arrived. They grabbed a hold
of him and pried th.e tent spikes out of
his hand.
49 08-25 98808008 Possession Under Legal Subject attempted to nm from officer
Age while inside the bar. The officer
caught him and pinned him against a
wall while handcuffing him.
15 08-28 98808163 Public Intoxication Employees were restraining subject
when the officer arrived at the bar.
The employees loosen their grip and
the subject attempted to hit officer.
The subject was taken to the ground
and held them until other officers
arrived and assisted with handcuffing.
13 08-30 98808225 Fight The officer was escorting the subject
away from the scene ora fight. The
subjects stopped walking, so the officer
grabbed his wrist and elbow and lead
him away
