9-8-98 T/C from a man who wanted to know if the Board had received
a complaint regarding an incident revolving around a traffic
accident that occurred the past weekend. He was a Witness. I
told him the Board had not received such a complaint, and
further told him he could file a complaint as a witness. He
didn't want to do that; he just wanted to support the person
involved.
9-11-98 T/C from Alden Loury, a reporter with the News Gazette in
Champagne IL. He basically was just asking for some history
about the PCRB as Champagne is considering establishment of
a citizens review board. I also referred him to P. Hoffey as
another source for information. He also told me about Prof.
Samuel Walker, University of Nebraska at Omaha, who has
done research on some 90 citizen review boards throughout the
county.
9-14-98 Harold Stager came to the office requesting a presentation
about the PCRB at it's January 4, 1999 meeting of the AARP
Lillian Harbison came to the office requesting a presentation
about the PCRB at it's February 15, 1999 meeting of the Task
Force for the Elderly.
9-17-98 T/C from a woman who requested information regarding the
complaint process. She requested that I send her three
complaint forms.

9-30-98 T/C inquiry from a local reporter requesting information.
