3, 46 11-5 98810980 Warrant Service Juvenile was picked up on a court
ordered detention warrant. She slipped
one hand out of her cuffs and started to
nm away. When she was caught she
was taken to the ground. She
continued to resist and was sprayed
with OC.
28 11-6 98811013 Warrant Service Juvenile had two out standing warrants
and was approached. She attempted to
escape and was grabbed by the officer.
Her arm was placed behind her back
and she was escorted to the front of the
building.
46 11-7 98811023 Vehicle pursuit Driver of a vehicle refused to stop for
the squad car. When the car did stop
the driver got out and started to walk
away. The officer drew his sidearm
and the driver complied with
instructions.
36, 43 11-8 98811041 Public Intoxication The driver of a car ran from the officer.
Interference with Another officer grabbed the man as he
Official Acts ran by the officer's car. He pushed the
door on the squad car into the officer
and escaped the officer's grasp. A
third officer caught him and took him
to the ground. He was handcuffed.
43,47 11-11 98811126 OWl When told she was under arrest the
driver attempted to leave the area.
Each officer grabbed an arm. The
driver stopped supporting her weight
with her legs, so she was lowered to the
ground. She resisted efforts to
handcuffher. A wrist flex was used to
escort her to the car.
16, 24, 26 11-11 98811127 Warrant service Subject was placed under arrest for an
outstancYmg warrant. She resisted and
pulled away from officers. Each
officer grabbed an ann and placed it
behind her back. She was handcuffed.
47 11-11 98811128 Injured Deer Officer shot an injured deer with her

3 11-11 98811145 Injured Deer Officer shot an injured deer with his
sidearm.
12 11-13 98811186 Public Intoxication Subject was approached about a
Possession Alcohol PAULA charge. She refused to walk
Under Legal Age outside. She pulled away from officer
and was then handcuffed. She resisted
efforts to handcuffher by trying to
keep her arm in front.
25, 30, 36, 54, 11-14 98811267 Search Warrant Off~cers displayed weapons while
98, 85 securing a home for a search warrant.
27, 47 11-15 98811295 Trespass Subject was arrested for trespass and
resisted officer while being handcuffed.
The officer applied a wrist flex and the
other officer grabbed his arm and
placed it behind his back.
46, 49 11-15 98811296 Disorderly Conduct Two subjects fled the scene of a fight.
When caught both resisted officers
attempts to handcuff them.
11 11-15 98811301 Possession of Officers approached a man smoking
Contxolled Substance marijuana. He attempted to walk away
Public Intoxication and the officer grabbed his arms. He
stopped and complied with officer's
orders.
11 11-17 98811396 Sick animal Officer shot a sick opossum with his
sidearm.
13 11-19 98811433 Public Intoxication Subject ran from officer and was
caught, just as he was entering
apartment. The officer grabbed him
and they both fell to the ground. The
subject was then handcuffed.
16, 45, 47 11-19 98811435 OWI While m the jail, the person attempted
to hurt himself. The officer held him
against the wall and later the floor,
until help arrived. He was then place
in a restraint chair.
95 11~ 19 98811436 Public Intoxication Officer observed a person matching the

description of an individual involved in
a fight, with baseball bats. He
attempted to go into an apartment, so
the officer grabbed his arm and stopped
him.
20 11-20 98811458 Obstructing Officer Subject walked out of the OWI
processing room and refused to return.
The officer grabbed her ann and
escorted her back into the room.
49 11-21 98811528 Sick animal Officer shot a sick opossum with his
sidearm.
48 11-22 98811541 Public Intoxication Officer approached the person to
investigate a PAULA violation. The
man ran away, When the officer
caught him, he was taken to the ground
and handcuffed.
43 11-22 98811545 Suspicious Activity Two men were prowling around some
parked cars. When the officer
confronted them they ran. The officer
grabbed one of the men as he climbed
over a fence.
19, 24 11-24 98811592 Public Intoxication Subject refused to put his hands behind
his back after being placed under
arrest. The officers grabbed his wrists
and bent him over a railing and
handcuffed him.
12 11-25 98811625 Traffic stop The driver of the car ran away when
told he was under arrest for driving
while barred. He stopped running a
short distance later and the officer
grabbed his ann and placed it behind
his back.
74 11-25 98811641 Car Burglary The officer saw a person breaking into
a car and approached him. The man
tried to get away, so the officer pinned
him against the car until other officers
amved.
3 11-25 98811655 Injured animal Officer shot an injured raccoon with
his sidearm.
38 11-27 98811699 Sick animal Officer shot a sick opossum with his
sidearm.
12 11-29 98811733 Public Intoxication Officer had to physically put an arm

behind the defendant's back, when he
refused. He was then handcuffed.
7 11-30 98811786 Criminal Trespass Subject resisted officer's attempts to
stop him. The officer then grabbed
him and pinned him against a pillar,
until help arrived and he was
handcuffed.
