11/2/98 Office contact from a gentleman commenting on disorderly
house ordinance; he believes police officers already have too
much discretion in this community. He also made comments
regarding constitutional rights in search and seizure during
traffic stops.
11/2/98 TIC - media contact regarding past forums.
11/6/98 T/C from a complainant regarding what he deemed an unlawful
stop after an unpleasant experience at a local restaurant. I sent
him a complaint form.
11/9/98 T/C - media contact regarding building search presentation.
11/16/98 T/C from Linda Levey inquiring whether she can appeal a PCRB
decision. I told her there is no provision in the ordinance to
accommodate appeals, and referred her to that ordinance.
11/20/98 T/C from a woman who wanted a complaint form.
11/23/98 T/C from a complainant about alleged police harassment. I
explained the PCRB process, but she didn't want a complaint
form as she didn't think the PCRB could help her (or her son).
