Date Description
12/14/00 T/C with female alleging officer lied under oath regarding an
incident that happened in February 2000. I explained the PCRB
has no jurisdiction over court matters. Upon her request, I sent
her PCRB information, including a complaint form.
12/15/00 Sent PCRB documents to Metro High School in Cedar Rapids, IA
12/21/00 Gentleman came to office for a PCRB complaint form.
1/11/01 T/C from male alleging police misconduct. I sent him a PCRB
complaint form and brochure.
1/18/01 T/C from female alleging police harassment, threatened her, and
lied about an incident that occurred in March 2000, but she
was arrested in January 2001. I sent her a PCRB complaint
form.
1/22/01 2"d T/C from female regarding timely filings.
1/29/01 Gentleman came to office with dispatcher complaint.
