board's last meeting and the sunset clause.

for one of her clients.
4/20/01 T/C with lawyer regarding audiotape of community forum.
4/23/01 T/C from complainant about complaint process. Also voiced
concern, as reflected in the newspapers, that the board's
powers will be diminished by Council. His concern was if it
was worth his filing a complaint.
