9/13/01 Woman picked up complaint forms.
9/14/01 Woman called regarding incident with Johnson County Police.
Referred her to Sheriff Carpenter (JC).
9/18/01 Women called regarding the PCRB Board, and complaint process.
Explained to her in briefly general procedure and encouraged her to
pick up a brochure and complaint form for more information. Also
mentioned to her that there was a separate internal complaint form
in Police Dept.
9/18/01 Same women phoned back with additional questions regarding
procedure.
