Re: Age of Consent for Seamh
The Council has expressed some interest in discussing the recent policy which relates to
consent by juveniles to search. The mayor asked that I let you know that if the PCRB wish
to comment any further, you should plan to do so in the not too distant future. This item
will likely be scheduled for a City Council discussion sometime in April. If you have any
questions please feel free to call.

RE: PCRB Video Update
Just to update you on the video, I spoke with Bob Hardy today and the
request to edit the reference to "problem" from the racial profiling
comments does not look like it will be possible. The other alternative he is
looking into is to cut that particular segment and replace it with something
else. This will take some time to review the tapes to find a replacement. He
has requested to attend the April 9th meeting.
