The owner ofthe vehicle interfered and was placed under arrest. Subject refused to submit to handcuffing and officers forced subject's hands behind back. Officers responded to a complaint of a subject yelling and kicking. Upon seeing officers subject fled. After repeated comnmnds to stop muning, subject was tackled to the ground and handcuffed. Subject matched the description of a subject who was involved in an assault and armed with a handgun. Officer twice ordered subject to keep hands out away from his body. When subject placed his hands into his pocket officer physically took control of subject and held against wall to handcuff. Officer dispatched injured deer that was struck by a vehicle using service sidearm. Employees restrained subject fighting in the bar. Subject continued to resist officer who used hands on techniques and exposed subject to chemical agent to effect the arrest. Officers responded to a domestic problem where one party was said to be armed with a knife. Officers entered residence with sidearms drawn for officer safety. Sidearms were holstered after securing all persons. Later one subject began to interfere and become violent. Officers used hands on techniques to subdue the subject. Subject was arrested for public intoxication and after being placed inside the squad car began kicking the window. Subject's legs were then restrained and placed back in the vehicle. Officers were conducting PAULA enforcement and placed subject under arrest for public intoxication. Subject resisted and officers used hands on techniques to effect handcuff'mg. Officer located suspect who fled the area. The foot pursuit lasted for several blocks and subject was tackled to the ground. Subject refused to comply with verbal commands and resisted handcuffing. Officer observed person chasing after another individual shouting he had been robbed. Officer chased after suspect and tackled him to the ground. Officer had to forcibly handcuff. Officer called to business to remove subject from the bathroom. Subject was advised of arrest and attempted to leave the area. Subject resisted by pulling away from the officer and subject was taken to the ground to gain control and was forcibly handcuffed. Officer placed subject under arrest who resisted handcuffing and fled. Officer caught subject who again resisted. Officer exposed subject to chemical agent to gain control. Officers responded with medical personnel. Subject became combative and refused treatment. Subject was physically held and handcuffed then transported to the hospital. Subject ran from officers and was apprehended. Subject continued to resist and was directed to the ground to gain control and be handcuffed. Officer was assisting in a search warrant. Upon entering the premises officer had drawn his duty sideam~ for safety purposes. OFFICER DATE CASE # INCIDENT 40 6-28-02 2-5929 Juvenile problem FORCE USED Subject was out of control and making threats towards others. Juvenile then began damaging property. Officer intervened and subject began struggling with the officer. Officer directed the juvenile to the floor and handcuffed. 58,19 6-29-02 2-5940 Arrest Subject ran from officers and was t01d repeatedly to stop. Officer tackled subject to the ground and had to physically place subject's hands behind his back to effect the arrest. 58 6-30-02 2-5973 Bar Check Subject began to interfere while officers were conducting PAULA enforcement. Subject then grabbed one of the officers. Officers used hands on techniques to arrest the individual. Officer exposed subject to chemical agent to gain compliance. Warrant Service Several subjects were under arrest and were told to sit on the ground. One subject refused and officer guided subject to the ground. Fightin Progress Officers dispatched to a fight in progress. Two subjects that were involved fled the scene. Subjects were caught and resisted. Officers used hands on techniques to effect the arrest. Vehicle Pursuit Officer initiated a traffic stop and driver refused to stop. Driver eventually stopped when vehicle became disabled. Officers drew their sidearms for officer safety upon approaching driver. Warrant Service Officers were in the process of arresting subject on a warrant when subject attempted to mn. Officer used hands on techniques to control and subdue subject. Welfare check Officers were called to check on the condition of an intoxicated female. Subject attempted to strike the officer. Officers used hands on controls to effect the arrest. PAULA Investigation Search Warrant Officer observed subject carrying an open container of beer and requested to see identification. Subject attempted to nm and was caught by the officer and directed to the floor to gain control. Officers conducting narcotics warrant forced door and entered with sidearms drawn. Occupants taken into custody. Traffic Stop Officer initiated a traffic stop. Upon approaching the vehicle to speak with the driver, the driver drove away. After a foot chase the officer located the subject and drew sidean'n and detained subject until assistance arrived. During the investigation suspect became disorderly and was subsequently arrested. Subject resisted handcuffing and officer used hands on techniques to effect the arrest. While conducting a warrant for narcotics at a residence, officers entered with sidearms drawn. Subject was placed under arrest and refused to submit to handcuffing. Later during processing the subject again became agitated and refused to remain seated. Officers used hands on techniques to control subject. Officer initiated a traffic stop and the driver ran from the vehicle. Officer apprehended the subject and directed them to the ground to effect handcuffing. Officer approached subject requesting to see identification. Subject then ran but was apprehended and directed to the ground for control. Subject would not stop fighting with anther subject. Officer pulled the subject from behind and was placed on the ground for handcuffing. Subject was placed under arrest and refused to submit to handcuffing. Officers used hands on control to effect the arrest. Subject was placed under arrest and refused to submit to handcuffing. Officer used hands on techniques to effect the arrest. Officer stopped to check on the welfare of a subject. Subject began swearing at the officer and fled from the area.
