09-12-02 Gentleman called that picked up PCRB Complaint form at Library.
He mentioned that it is confusing when cover sheet says there are
two complaint forms and there is only one available at the Library,
the PCRB complaint form. He would like to see the Police Dept.
internal complaint form available at Library also.
