PCRB investigation was not completed and available to City Legal staff until
11 December 2002. The review by my office and Legal staff generally needs 45
to 60 days. I respectfully request an extension until 17 January 2003 for
PCRB # 02-01.

I request an extension to 3 February 2003. The investigative took a great deal
longer than normal because the complainant did not wish to speak with the
investigators until after his Court hearing on the charges that were a result of
the incident. After the complainant plead guilty he choose to be interviewed
on 1 December 2002.
The investigation has been completed but my review and legal departments'
review still needs to occur.
