Referred caller to Chair or Vice-Chair for questions dealing with
appeals boards. Caller also mentioned the Board being listed on
website: www.policeaccountability.org
12/30/02 Caller regarding procedure for filing a complaint and asked if we
could provide postage paid envelopes
1/6/03 Caller called concerned about attorney advice to wait until criminal
charges are resolved before filing a complaint and the fact its
been almost a year. Explained ordinance refers to 90 days from
the incident, referred her to her private attorney, and provided
information to Police Department contacts.
