RE: February 11, 2003 Meeting
At last night's meeting, Board member Horton expressed his interest in being
involved with the Traffic Stop Policy review, which will be on the agenda for the
February 11th meeting. At the time of the meeting Board member Horton will be
out of town and would like to participate electronically.
Just as a reminder, the Standard Operating Procedures state that "A member
may participate by electronic means when the member's presence is not
necessary for a quorum, and said member shall have all rights as if participating
in person."
Please make sure that if you are not going to be able to attend the meeting on
February 11th to call as soon as possible so we may make other arrangements if
there is not going to be a quorum present.
