Awards Two $250 savings bonds will be awarded to students selected by the members of the City of Iowa City Youth Advisory Commission. Eligibility 1. Applicant must be a junior high student in the seventh or eighth grade. 2. Applicant must be a resident of Iowa City. Requirements 1. Completed application form. 2. One letter of recommendation. 3. Essay of 300 or more words, answering the question in the application.
