WHEREAS, the final contract price is $1,231,645.80 which is established from the original contract cost of $1,278,474.5 minus $46,828.7 from Change Orders #1-5. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE IOWA CITY AIRPORT COMMISSION THAT: Said improvements are hereby accepted by the Iowa City Airport Commission.
