PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF INTENT TO COMMENCE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT TO CONSTRUCT THE
MOSS RIDGE ROAD PROJECT AND TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY
FOR THE PROJECT; AND SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING ON FEBRUARY 5, 2013.

Throgmorton: Yes, uh, there's no need to discuss it at length here but I ... I'm going to make a
suggestions when we get to it, I guess on February 5th after we, uh, have the
public hearing. I ... I have some concern about, uh, sort of automatically
authorizing, um, the use of imminent domain in condemnation procedures. So,
you know, this is not the moment to really explore that I guess, but...

Mims: I'm just excited to see us moving forward.
