We, the undersigned Members of the Board of Supervisors and ex- officio County Board of Canvassers for this County,
do hereby certify the following to be a true and correct abstract of the votes cast in this County at the 2013 Johnson
County City Election held on the 5th day of November, 2013, as shown by the tally lists returned from the several election
precincts.

Kingsley Botchway II Received four thousand five hundred five (4505) votes
Catherine Champion Received four thousand one hundred twenty -two (4122) votes
Rockne Cole Received three thousand six hundred eighteen (3618) votes
Susan Mims Received four thousand six hundred seventeen (4617) votes
Candidate Total Sixteen thousand eight hundred sixty -two (16862) votes
SCATTERING Two hundred sixty-four (264) votes
TOTAL Seventeen thousand one hundred twenty-six (17126) votes
We therefore declare:
Kingsley Botchway II duly elected for the office of Iowa City Council At -Large for the term of 4 years.
Susan Mims duly elected for the office of Iowa City Council At -Large for the term of 4 years.

Royceann Porter Received three thousand five hundred eighty -one (3581) votes

We therefore declare:
Terry Dickens duly elected for the office of Iowa City Council District B for the term of 4 years.

Public Measure: Bar Admission Age Referendum
Be it resolved that Ordinance No. 10 -4388, which amended the bar entry age from ninteen (19) years of age to
the "legal age ", which is currently twenty -one (21) year of age, be repealed.

For the question, there were: Three thousand six hundred twenty-six (3626) votes
Against the question, there were: Seven thousand one hundred ninety -six (7196) votes
TOTAL Ten thousand eight hundred twenty -two (10822) votes
We therefore declare the public measure "Be it resolved that Ordinance No. 10 -4388, which amended the bar
entry age from ninteen (19) years of age to the 'legal age ", which is currently twenty -one (21) year of age,
be repealed." not to be adopted.
