Hayek: In the council materials there is a proclamation for Martin Luther Day but there is no
here to accept so we wouldn't be reading that but it is in the packet.

COUNCIL REGARDING COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT ADVISEMENT.
Mims: Move approval.
Payne: Second.
Hayek: Moved by Mims, seconded by Payne. Discussion? This is a new one year
agreement same terms, slight increase in the per month fee. Further discussion?
