You and each one of you is hereby notified that pursuant to the authority vested in the Mayor of
the City of Iowa City, Iowa, or under State Law and the Ordinances of the City of Iowa City,
Iowa, as Mayor, I hereby call a special meeting on February 6, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. to be held in
the Emma J. Harvat Hall at City Hall, 410 E. Washington St., Iowa City, Iowa.
This meeting is called for purpose of: see attached.

I acknowledge receipt of the information for the Special Formal meeting on 2/6/14.
I think I indicated at our last meeting that I would be out of town for work on 2/6 and unable to attend the Joint
Meeting. Likewise I will not be able to attend the Special Meeting.
