Dickens: So moved.
Payne: Second.
Hayek: Moved by Dickens, seconded by Payne. Discussion. Any questions?
Dickens: Just glad to see the bids came in at a reasonable figure.
Payne: Yep.
Hayek: Yea, that was a relief to see. Looks like we're recommending awarding the
contract to Hackett Construction which came in a little under the engineer's
estimate. Anyone form the public? Roll call, please. Passes, 6/0.
