NDS Development Services Coordinator Yapp presented a power point. Individual Planning &
Zoning Members expressed their views on their recommendation, and responded to Council
questions. The Mayor and Council thanked Planning and Zoning Members for their service and
for participating in the joint meeting.
ACTION: Continued public hearing and first consideration of the rezoning will be on the
August 19 Council formal agenda. (Yapp)
