CONFIRMATION OF THE COURT / Linn RFP FINALISTS
Economic Development Adm. Davidson presented a power point. After discussion Council
agreed to schedule four presentations:
• CA Ventures
• HUB at Iowa City /Core Campus
• Linn and Court/Sherman Associates
• Linn /Court Lofts /CG Hanson
Presentations will begin at 5:00 pm in the Harvat Hall City Council Chambers, with the following
format:
• 15 minute presentation
• 30 minute Q &A between City Council and proposal team
• 3 minute wrap up
• 12 minute changeover between teams
