Knoche DISCUSSION AND WRAP-UP Council Member Throgmorton voiced support for decreasing the dollar amount (maybe 10%) for the downtown streetscape project and redirecting the funds to improvements south of Kirkwood; and develop an invest strategy for the area. Economic Dev. Adm. Davidson present for discussion. Individual Council Members expressed support for the downtown project and cited various projects benefitting neighborhoods citywide. Council Members complimented staff on the budget presentation. Meeting adjourned 5:00 PM.
