Harvat Hall, 410 E. Washington Street, Iowa City, Iowa, or if said meeting is cancelled, at the next meeting of the City Council thereafter as posted by the City Clerk; at which hearing the Council will consider: 1. An ordinance conditionally rezoning 7.8 acres of land located on the west side of Miller Avenue south of Benton Street from Medium Density Single Family (RS -8) to Planned Development Overlay/Medium Density Single Family Residential (OPD -8) (REZ13-00010). 2. An ordinance conditionally rezoning 0.41 acres of land located at 705 and 709 S. (y Clinton Street from Intensive Commercial (CI -1) Zone to Riverfront Crossings — / Central Crossings (RFC -CX) Zone. 142 (REZ15-00008). Special exception option to exceed occupancy and hours Rooftop Service Areas • RFC Zones, except RFC -G: — Hotels, allowed as provisional use • No stated limit to occupancy • Hours: 10-10 Sunday thru Thursday, 10 -Midnight on Friday and Saturday • Special exception required to exceed stated hours — Commercial Recreational Use (such as theaters, bowling alleys) or Eating Establishments, allowed as Provisional use • Max. occupancy: 30 • Hours: 10-10 Sunday thru Thursday, 10 -Midnight on Friday and Saturday • Special exception required to exceed stated hours or occupancy — Drinking Establishments, special exception required Rooftop Service Areas • CB -10: — Hotels, allowed as provisional use • No stated limit to occupancy or hours — Commercial Recreational Use (such as theaters, bowling alleys) or Eating Establishments, allowed as Provisional use • Max. occupancy: 50 • Special exception required to exceed occupancy of 50 — Drinking Establishments, special exception required Rooftop Service Areas • If located within 100 feet of a residential zone, maximum occupancy is 30 and hours of operation limited to 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily or when the kitchen is closed, whichever is more restrictive. Additional detail is available at the city clerk's office showing revenues and expenditures by fund type and by activity. Explanation of increases or decreases in revenue estimates, appropriations, or available cash Capital Project appropriations carried forward from prior year $17,732,504;UniverCity program carried forward $2,768,092; Enterprise fund capital projects and appropriations carried forward from prior years $10,290,386 including a bus purchase of $370,888; Library meeting room AV equipment carried forward for $130,000; Moves the CBD Horticulture Operations to Park Maintenance $192,911 (nets to $0 overall); additional detail is available in the City Clerk's Office There will be no increase in tax levies to be paid in the current fiscal year named above related to the proposeo budget amendment. Any increase in expenditures set out above will be met from the increased non -property tax revenues and cash balances not budgeted or considered in this current budget.
