(SSMID) ... ) — Mayor Hayek stated he and Council Member Dickens would be
abstaining on the discussion and action. Council Member Throgmorton that
Economic Development Coordinator Ford present information at the formal meeting
on the process of the extension request and why the ordinance should be done prior
to the end of the year.

4. (IP6 — Listening Post Summary Report) Council Member Payne noted the report
submitted by Council Member Dobyns and herself, and noted the biggest issue
snow removal.

1. Mayor Hayek reminded Council of the next meeting scheduled for the Ashton House on
November 30; and the final meeting of the year December 15 in Harvat Hall.
2. Council Member Throgmorton reported on attending the 40th anniversary of the Friends
of Historic Preservation event at Old Brick.
