ITEM 3. CHAUNCEY AGREEMENT — RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO
CONSIDER AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT FOR PRIVATE
REDEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING THE TRANSFER OF LAND, BY AND
BETWEEN THE CITY OF IOWA CITY, IOWA, AND THE CHAUNCEY,
L.L.C. AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR DECEMBER 15 AND
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE THEREOF.
Throgmorton: Matt, I need to recuse myself from this.
Mims: Move the resolution.
Botchway: Second.
